Creating a Letter of Intent helps families gain the peace of mind that comes with having a plan. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \n  \n  \nJune 3\, 10\, 17 & 24 \n6-8pm  \nAt MCBDD \n1625 Troy Sidney Rd.\, Troy\, OH \n(In the Training Center at the back of the building) \n  \nEach session offers an opportunity to learn about: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHopes\, dreams and worries for the future \n\n\nFuture living arrangements \n\n\nExpanding personal networks \n\n\nSupports for older caregivers \n\n\nMaximizing public benefits \n\n\nWho holds the story \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nWho should attend? \nThose looking to start planning for the future of a family member with a disability. \nAll members of the family are encouraged to attend\, including caregivers\, the family member with a disability\, siblings\, close family friends and especially those who are aging. \n​How will it work? \nSessions will be hosted by facilitators from Miami County Board of Developmental Disabilities (MCBDD).
